Terms & Conditions
I. Reservation policy
– Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability. If your guests require check-in prior to 10:00AM, you are requested to block rooms from the previous night with one night room charge.
– One night room charge is required to guarantee the booking.
II. Cancellation & No-show policy
– Cancellation must be made no later than 07 days prior to arrival date to avoid 01 night room charge.
– Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card.
– Requests for specific bed types and smoking preferences will be accommodated, based on availability on arrival at the hotel.
– All no-show cases will be charged at 100% of room expenses for the entire period booked.
III. Check In & Check Out policy
– Check – in: 14:00 PM (AfterNoon).
– Check – out: 12:00 PM – 13:00 PM (AfterNoon) – No Charge.
– Late check out until: 18h00 PM – 50% charge of contract rate.
– Late check out after 18h00 PM – Full night charge.
– A request for early check-in or late check-out should be made in advance and is subject to the hotel’s reconfirmation of availability and condition.
IV. Children policy
– Accommodation and breakfast complimentary for maximum 01 child less than 06 years old sharing parent’bed (no extra bed provided) when requested.
– Child from 06 years old or above will be considered as adult.
V. Checked baggage policy
– The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to baggage amf fragile, perishable or valuable articles.
– The hotel is authorized to deliver the property to any person presenting this check – without identification.
– The hotel accepts only regular luggage. The contents of the suitcase are not confirmed. Valuables are self-managed by the customer, the hotel does not accept them on consignment.
– The checked baggage slip is valid for a single use and will be collected by the hotel during baggage claim.
*Checked baggage claim cases*:
– Case 1: Customer gives physical slip directly and receives luggage.
– Case 2: Customer – recipient gives slip indirectly (via phone image). The hotel will take photos of the slip, recipient, ID and related documents for verification.
**The guest asked to have his luggage brought to the room**
– Disabled guests (wheelchair accessible hotel).
– Tour groups in any case.
VI. motorbike consignment policy
– The hotel will record the room number on the motorbike.
– The motorbike will only be stored for 1 month, if no one claims it after 1 month, give it to the police.
*Motorcycle return cases*:
– Case 1: The security guard recognizes you and authenticates, you get your motorbike back.
– Case 2: Someone else receives on your behalf – need a registration card and ID card for hotel confirmation.
VII. Damage and compensation policy
**Please note that by booking Avanti Hotel & Avanti Boutique room(s), you agree to the following Damage Policy**:
– Customers self-manage personal assets and valuable personal belongings. If items are lost in the room, the hotel is not responsible.
– It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable, narcotics (drug), prohibited goods, pets and bulky assets into the hotel or to cook in the room.
– Do not change or move the furniture and equipment from one place to another. They with being liable to indemnify the hotel at current prices for any losses or damages caused. Click here to see ROOM AMENITIES PRICE LIST.
– Please do not change your room or all more people in the room without prior notice to Reception.
– If you discover a fire in the hotel, please immediately alert all neighboring people and comply with the fire-fighting instructions.
– Please keep silent after 10PM to avoid disturbing the surrounding rooms.
– Where any breakages, damage(s) or loss(es) occur, You should report it firsthand to the Reception (as soon as reasonably practicable, but always before checkout).
